The clock is ticking and getting closer to midnight. Everywhere you look havoc erupts daily. Riots are breaking out in the streets and not only in America. Earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, and landslides are destroying the countryside across the globe. The U.N. is getting restless about minding their own business. Rumors of war loom around every corner. False prophets and false doctrine are flowing like a waterfall and the beat goes on and on. If you have not read Are You Paying Attention People? Believers are in constant spiritual warfare to defend themselves against attack after attack and even offensively to stand in the gap and free people from oppression of the enemy. Bible prophecy is quickly unfolding before our eyes. Not only does the world not see it but many in the church don't even see it. The great falling away has started, but so has the great awakening. Some Christians are looking for Jesus to return any minute and some think it is no where close. According to scripture there are a few things we should realize here. First, there are still things that must happen before Jesus can return. These things will not happen in the blink of an eye. Things will get much worse. Second, Jesus doesn't even know when He is coming back so how do some people think they know by claiming dates and such. It is written in the bible that we should know the season though and we are definitely in that season. These are the last days. Lastly, even though these are the last days and there is tremendous and catastrophic disaster coming to the world, we should not be afraid. The Lord is preparing His people. Getting prepared and sounding the warning should not instill fear but obedience. Matthew 24 tells us that the second coming of Christ will be like the days of Noah. Genesis tells us God told Noah to build a shelter (the ark) and stockpile all the food he could get his hands on. I hope the body of Christ is paying attention to scripture and the warning contained within as well as those coming from the watchman He has placed. We can most assuredly see things accelerating at a very fast pace now. Lets look at some headlines that line up with bible prophecy other than the normal mass animal deaths and earthquakes we regularly post. Remember we are to recognize what is going on, just not let it instill any fear. Keep your focus on Jesus but know what is around you.
Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. Matthew 24:9-12
And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven. But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake. And it shall turn to you for a testimony. Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer: For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist. And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death. Luke 21:11-16
And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Luke 21:25
But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them. And the gospel must first be published among all nations. But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost. Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death. And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. Mark 13:9-13
And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled. Revelation 6:9-11

As you can see just from a few verses we have numerable things showing increase pointing towards the fact that we are living in the last days. These are by no means all the events from the last year or so. Each one of these links show devastation that has occurred. Though it is normal to have some of this, it has massively increased in intensity and frequency recently. The links given here don't even cover everything the verses cover. You can also look at other verses and see so much prophecy being fulfilled that it is undeniable. See our earthquakes, volcanoes, and mass animal death posts in the archives on the home page. Prophecy is being fulfilled. Don't remain blind to this fact. We are not meant to know the hour and day of our Lord's return but we are commanded to know the season. Tribulation could start any time now. If you have not given your heart to Jesus Christ, been baptized, and received the Holy Ghost (which is different from salvation) as Acts 2:38 commands us to, then now is the time. These things are not a suggestion. They are a command. As in the days of Noah were, so shall the coming of the Son of man be according to Matthew 24. Look back at the story of Noah in Genesis. These are our instructions. Stockpile all the food you can get your hands on (Genesis 6:21) and get in the ark which is under the blood of Jesus Christ and walking in the Spirit. You need the baptism of the Holy Spirit see hereto receive what is necessary to endure. These are biblical instructions. They aren't fear-mongering tactics. Prepare your house people. First get it ready spiritually being right with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Then get ready physically see here. It's going to be a bumpy ride, but we will endure through Christ. God didn't say this would be easy or that we would escape being here for it, but He did say there's no reason to be afraid. He's got this. God bless you and may Jesus keep you.
