All Saints Must Do the Work of an Evangelist and Win Souls

As Christians we are called to preach the gospel and win souls for the Lord Jesus Christ. You do not need to be a pastor, minister, evangelist, or hold any other title to tell people about Jesus. It is required of every saint. It isn't something extra we do if we feel like it. The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.  Proverbs 11:30 Also I heard a voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here I am; send me. And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not. Make the heart of this people fat, and make theirs ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.    Isaiah 6:8-10   And he said, The God of our fathers hath chosen thee, that thou shouldest know his will, and see that Just One, and shouldest hear the voice of his mouth. For thou shalt be his witness unto all men of what thou hast seen and heard.              Acts 22:14-15 For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!                              1 Corinthians 9:16-17 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears fro truth, and shall be turned unto fables. But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.    2 Timothy 4:2-5 Our goal as Christians should be to win as many souls to the Lord as we can, in season and out, every minute. It is our job to spread the gospel to all nations, and to teach sound doctrine.
